If you looked at my Menu for this week you will notice that we were supposed to have French Onion Salisbury Steak on Monday. Monday was also the dreaded shopping day. I was gone for nearly 4 hours so switched the menu up a bit. I made this tonight and it was fantastic, a little time consuming but worth the effort! Nate even loved it! We felt like we were eating in a fancy restaurant.
