Crusted Chicken Salad


I tried the Crusted Chicken from the Cuisine at Home online sample issue. YUMMY! Homemade bread crumbs are the key. I didn't have enough ciabatta bread for all the chicken and had to used canned bread crumbs for half and the difference was amazing!
